Shipping trade and port operations are two of the primary sources greenhouse gas emissions. The emission air pollutants brings severe problems to marine environment coastal residents’ lives. Shore power technology is an efficient CO2 reduction program, but it faces sizeable initial investment high electricity prices. For shipping companies, energy such as low-sulfur fuels liquefied natural has become essential supplementary means meet requirements. This research considers impact government subsidies on shore construction ship use.
